Talent Acquisition Analyst

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Analyst supports recruitment execution across multiple departments, handling candidate screening, selection, and internal transfers while maintaining detailed records of the talent acquisition process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct second‑round interviews and evaluate candidates on attitude, technical and interpersonal skills, qualifications, and availability.
• Guide candidates through the selection process, providing company and position information, interview preparation, and onboarding support.
• Coordinate candidate approval processes, communicating with operations representatives, clients, and hiring managers to meet established timelines.
• Manage assigned requisitions from initial screening to final hiring approval, keeping accurate records, candidate files, and recruitment tools.
• Arrange client interviews, record candidate information, handle hiring documentation, and create employee IDs as required.
• Communicate selection outcomes, follow up with approved candidates, and ensure timely handoffs to Talent Acquisition for onboarding.
• Prepare daily requisition updates and final hiring reports, detailing the number and names of candidates hired.

Required profile

• Strong ability to assess candidates’ technical and interpersonal competencies.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with experience maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports.
