Talent Acquisition Specialist (6‑month Temp)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our hiring needs for a six‑month period. You will partner with internal teams and hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top talent across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial assessments and interviews to offers and onboarding.
• Source candidates using social media, job boards, internet sourcing tools, and other creative methods.
• Provide candidates with clear information on benefits, compensation, and company culture.
• Analyze job descriptions to determine applicant requirements and evaluate candidate qualifications against those criteria.

Required profile

• 90% proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in staffing or human resources (preferred).
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• High sense of urgency, self‑motivation, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
