Talent Acquisition Specialist – High‑Energy Recruiter (Hunter Role)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy, driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who excels at starting conversations and opening doors for loan officers, branch managers and mortgage sales leaders. This hunter‑type recruiter will generate interest, uncover motivations and set up qualified meetings for our leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound recruiting calls each day to active candidates and passive prospects in the mortgage industry.
• Research and build targeted lists of top‑producing loan officers, branch managers and sales leaders, developing a continuous pipeline.
• Use phone, text, email, LinkedIn and other channels to initiate and nurture conversations, tracking every interaction in the CRM.
• Maintain relentless follow‑up, re‑engage prospects, and schedule qualified meetings for the VP of Talent Acquisition.

Required profile

• Loves making calls and is comfortable with cold outreach.
• Competitive, goal‑oriented and persistent without being pushy.
• Skilled at building rapport quickly and handling “no” responses.
• Organized, disciplined and able to meet daily and weekly activity targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with phone, text, email, LinkedIn and other outreach tools.
• Experience using a CRM to track candidates, pipeline stages and next steps.
