Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports high‑volume hiring across multiple campaigns and departments. You will manage requisitions, partner with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, and guide candidates from application to onboarding while tracking attrition, job fit, and quality of hire.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned requisitions, develop hiring strategies, and meet headcount timelines.
• Source candidates via job boards, proactive outreach, email campaigns, job fairs, referral programs, and local employment resources.
• Review resumes, pre‑screen candidates, and conduct phone and face‑to‑face interviews.
• Administer assessments, facilitate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain candidate results.
• Run reports, monitor run rates, track hiring trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain candidate progression within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure confidentiality of candidate and employee records.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience managing high‑volume inbound and outbound phone/email queues in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
• 1+ years of full life‑cycle recruiting experience (preferred).
• 1+ years of high‑volume recruiting experience (preferred).
• Strong administrative background and experience with an ATS (preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications.
• Quick learner with a willingness to adopt new processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professionalism.
• Self‑starter who can work independently, meet deadlines, and follow up proactively.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to constant process changes.
