Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across the United States. The role involves sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, and collaborating closely with HR to meet hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates across the U.S. using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, networking and other channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screenings.
• Collaborate with HR to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS.
• Track sourcing activity and refine recruitment strategies.
• Support employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or sourcing.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed or similar sourcing platforms.
• English level C1 or higher.
• Experience using ATS systems.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting for healthcare or hard‑to‑fill roles is a plus.
