Technical Project Manager – AI & Digital Projects

About the role

This critical position will lead and coordinate multiple digital and AI-driven projects across the organization. The Project Manager will guide initiatives from discovery through launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering high‑impact results in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and document requirements in a Business Requirements Document (BRD) and ensure delivery as planned.
• Maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and status reports for assigned projects.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions regularly to stakeholders and regional teams.
• Proactively mitigate delays and risks through effective project management techniques.
• Facilitate planning, testing, and delivery activities across cross‑functional teams.
• Capture meeting notes, decisions, and follow‑up items accurately.
• Partner with functional and regional teams to prioritize, implement, and roadmap projects.
• Continuously improve processes and project execution by being organized, innovative, and collaborative.
