Technical Sales Support Professional

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Sales Support Professional to assist our commercial team throughout the sales cycle, developing competitive and technically sound solutions for construction sector customers, especially in low‑voltage electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team in business opportunity development and proposal creation.
• Participate in customer meetings to capture technical requirements and define solution concepts.
• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to gather data for solution design.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Develop preliminary engineering concepts, layouts, and documentation.
• Review specifications, drawings, installation plans, and electrical schematics.
• Analyze customer infrastructure and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams throughout the proposal process.
• Support project estimation, including materials, labor, and service scope.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and subcontractors when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering with electrical focus, or related discipline.
• 1‑3 years of experience in electrical projects, technical sales support, proposal engineering, or construction‑related projects.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for customer visits and site surveys.

Required skills
