Technical Support Agent – Bilingual Online Exam Proctoring

About the role

Fusion CX is looking for a bilingual Technical Support Agent to assist students and educators using an online exam proctoring platform. You will provide real‑time help during live examinations, guide users through identity verification, and troubleshoot technical issues while maintaining exam integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist students in real time during proctored examinations, including identity verification.
• Troubleshoot browser extensions, camera, microphone, permission and connectivity problems.
• Support account access, platform setup and educator inquiries.
• Apply exam integrity rules, document incidents and meet response‑time and quality targets.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C1), spoken and written.
• At least 18 years old with a valid DUI.
• High‑school diploma completed.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or technical support experience (preferred).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Strong computer navigation across multiple web browsers.
• Familiarity with browser extensions and audio‑video hardware setup.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
• Typing speed of 40–45 WPM.
