Technical Support Representative – eCommerce Platform

About the role

Join a global team that supports one of the world’s leading SaaS eCommerce platforms. You will provide technical assistance to customers, helping them resolve issues related to web platforms, domains, hosting, and eCommerce functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot issues concerning domains, hosting, DNS, SSL certificates, website configuration, and eCommerce platform functionality.
• Assist customers with billing, invoicing, and account‑related questions.
• Achieve high first‑contact resolution rates while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and stay updated on product changes.

Required profile

• Experience in technical support or customer service.
• Advanced English communication skills (C1 level).
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, DNS, domains, hosting, SSL certificates, web technologies, and eCommerce platforms.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and customer‑service mindset.
