About the role

We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Technician to join the packaging area of our Nixapa plant. The position is ideal for recent graduates or final‑year students in industrial, mechanical, electrical, chemical or related engineering fields who are ready to start a hands‑on career in manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture and ensure compliance with the VPO management system.
• Maintain and update system documentation and implement operational standards.
• Provide technical support to production teams and collaborate with supervisors to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Recent graduate, graduate or final‑year student in industrial, mechanical, electrical, chemical or related engineering.
• Availability for rotating shifts.
• Understanding of teamwork, industrial safety and good manufacturing practices.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (intermediate).
• Power BI and dashboard creation.
