About the role

We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our production plant in Soyapango. The role is full‑time, onsite and focuses on ensuring that all machinery operates reliably and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for production equipment.
Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot faults and minimize downtime.
Support continuous production by keeping machinery in optimal condition.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to meet scheduled maintenance targets.

Required profile

Technical background (minimum technical schooling).
Physical ability to work on production floor.
Receptive attitude, service orientation and willingness to work in a plant environment.

Required skills

Preventive maintenance of machinery.
Corrective maintenance of machinery.
Industrial automation knowledge.
Proper use of safety equipment.

Permanent, full‑time position.
Monthly salary between $500 and $600.
