About the role
We are looking for a Plant Technician to join the packaging area of our Nixapa plant. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or final‑year engineering students who want to start a career in food manufacturing and contribute to safe, efficient production.
Key responsibilities
- Promote a safety culture and ensure compliance with the VPO management system.
- Maintain and update system documentation and implement operational standards.
- Provide on‑site support to production teams and collaborate with supervisors to resolve issues.
Required profile
- Recent graduate, graduate or final‑year student in industrial, mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering or related fields.
- Availability for rotating shift schedules.
- Understanding of teamwork, industrial safety and good manufacturing practices.
- Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
Required skills
- Power BI for dashboard creation.
- Microsoft Office (intermediate level).
