Técnico Electromecánico

About the role

The Electromechanical Technician will continuously improve the efficiency and productivity of production lines by performing maintenance activities and ensuring proper use of machinery and equipment. The role supports the company's commitment to industrial safety, food safety, order and cleanliness within the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production lines to meet safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Guarantee efficient maintenance services across all company areas.
• Apply and monitor food safety management systems (BPM, PPR, HACCP/HARPC, Food Defense) and report any condition that could compromise product safety.
• Support the achievement of objectives defined in the Food Safety Management Manual.

Required profile

• Graduate in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in continuous improvement and project management.
• Familiarity with process‑improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Organized, analytical, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and focused on results.
