Trainer – Financial Services Program

About the role

The Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs to new and existing agents at InteLogix. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the company’s products and services, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. This role is key to ensuring the call‑center team provides outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and administer the InteLogix Training Program and client‑specific training processes for new hires.
• Develop and deliver follow‑up training for employees already in production.
• Prepare training materials such as copies, presentations, and memos.
• Review and verify employee timecard hours for accuracy.
• Facilitate LLS sessions and report technical problems until resolved.
• Supervise new hires during training in coordination with their manager.
• Evaluate progress of each trainee and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and adherence to break requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• At least 6 months of related experience or equivalent education in training/teaching.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of administrative work.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to a changing environment.
• Proficiency in typing quickly and accurately, using a mouse, and basic Windows OS knowledge.
