About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Trainer to join our team in San Salvador. In this role you will design, deliver and continuously improve training programs that boost employee skills and support professional growth.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs tailored to various skill levels.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews and feedback.
- Facilitate workshops and interactive learning sessions.
- Create educational materials and resources for participants.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a training or instructional role.
- Strong presentation and communication abilities.
- Ability to adapt content for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with adult‑learning principles.
- Proficiency with digital tools used for training delivery.
- Positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed.
