We are seeking a bilingual Travel Ticketing Specialist to join a leading travel company. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality customer service in both German and English, handling bookings, reservations, ticket changes, and inquiries for travelers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with new bookings, reservation modifications, and ticket cancellations in German and English.
• Provide accurate information on fares, travel policies, baggage rules, and itinerary changes.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless booking experience.
• Handle escalations professionally, resolving issues related to delays, refunds, and rebookings.
• Maintain precise records of all interactions and follow company documentation policies.
• Stay current on airline policies, industry regulations, and travel restrictions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in travel ticketing, airline reservations, or related customer service preferred.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
