We are seeking a bilingual Travel Ticketing Specialist to join a leading travel company. The role involves providing exceptional customer service in both Portuguese and English, assisting travelers with bookings, reservations, and ticket changes while ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with flight bookings, reservation modifications, and ticket cancellations in Portuguese and English.
• Provide accurate information on fares, travel policies, baggage rules, and itinerary changes.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining a seamless booking experience.
• Manage escalations professionally, resolving issues related to delays, refunds, and rebookings.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow company documentation policies.
• Stay updated on airline policies, industry regulations, and travel restrictions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in travel ticketing, airline reservations, or customer service in the travel industry (preferred).
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
