Trilingual Payroll Analyst (French)

About the role

Dollarcity, a retailer expanding across Latin America, is hiring a trilingual Payroll Analyst for its Support Center. The Support Center provides technical assistance and problem resolution for store employees across many locations, working in a trilingual environment. As Payroll Analyst, you will review payroll data and documents to check their accuracy against exceptions submitted.

Key responsibilities

• Review timesheets and attendance records, identifying and correcting discrepancies to ensure payroll accuracy
• Prepare and submit documentation on tax deductions, employee benefits and garnishments
• Analyze compensation data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Manage payroll transactions for vacations, paid time off (PTO) and medical leaves
• Take part in additional payroll-related projects and initiatives
• Audit payroll procedures and records regularly to find discrepancies and ensure compliance
• Handle payroll inquiries and calls from stakeholders with timely, accurate support

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Modern Languages (English and French) or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Advanced written and spoken English and French
• Previous experience as a Payroll Analyst or in a similar role is desirable
• Customer service experience
• Availability to work onsite at the Support Center offices in Las Cascadas Shopping Center, La Libertad
