Trilingual Recruitment Screener (French)

About the role

Dollarcity is recruiting a Recruitment Analyst Trilingual Screener to screen and interview candidates for store positions within Dollarama. The role sits in the Support Center, which provides technical assistance and problem resolution for store employees across many locations, and works in a trilingual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute recruitment plans to attract and identify qualified talent for store positions.
• Conduct virtual interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience and fit.
• Manage recruitment activities such as interview coordination, candidate inquiries and follow-ups.
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
• Give feedback and recommendations to Recruitment Administrators and SMEs on process improvements.
• Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous recruitment experience, preferably in retail or BPO, is desirable.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Schedule flexibility and availability to work onsite at the Support Center offices in Las Cascadas Shopping Center, La Libertad.
