Trilingual Support Center Analyst (French)

About the role

The Support Center Analyst will ensure smooth operation of technical systems across Dollarcity stores. Working in a trilingual environment (English, Spanish, French), you will provide fast, reliable assistance to store staff and maintain retail equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the IT department to resolve complex technical issues.
• Configure, install, and maintain POS terminals, scanners, printers and mobile devices.
• Assist store employees with technical problems and guide them on self‑service kiosks.
• Perform routine maintenance and performance checks on store systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment warranty claims and service requests.
• Manage relationships with external support partners to ensure timely problem resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in technical or customer support within a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills in English, Spanish and French.
• Detail‑oriented with solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts from 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Las Cascadas Shopping Center office.
