Trilingual Support Center Analyst – Tech 1

About the role

Dollarcity is looking for a Trilingual Support Center Analyst (Tech 1) to ensure seamless operation of technical systems across its retail stores. The role combines front‑line hardware and software support with collaboration with the IT department.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line technical support to store staff for hardware and software issues, including POS terminals, scanners, printers and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve POS, computer and network problems promptly.
• Install, update and maintain software applications on store devices.
• Monitor system logs and alerts, performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and external support partners for equipment issues, warranty claims and service requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience providing technical support in a retail or similar environment.
• Excellent communication skills in French, English and a third language, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Detail‑oriented, strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts from 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and onsite at the Las Cascadas Shopping Center.
