Vacation Booking Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized, customer‑focused Vacation Booking Coordinator to help clients research options and coordinate vacation arrangements tailored to their preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to gather vacation preferences, requests, and requirements.
• Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and other services online.
• Assist with coordinating reservations and booking details, reviewing confirmations for accuracy.
• Provide clients with important information, updates, and support for modifications or special requests.
• Maintain organized client and reservation documentation and follow up on outstanding details.
• Coordinate with service providers when additional arrangements are needed.
