Vendedor en Campo – B2B Sales for Flexible Packaging

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will develop and manage B2B relationships in the industrial sector, focusing on flexible packaging solutions. You will prospect new business, provide technical advice, and ensure growth and loyalty of the client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and expand the B2B client base.
• Provide specialized technical advice on flexible packaging materials.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and coordinate material testing or validation.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and handle post‑sale follow‑up and collections.
• Plan field visits and keep CRM data up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in flexible packaging or related sectors.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, gauges, resistance, and barrier properties (preferred).
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, quotation, and full‑cycle sales skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, SAP, Excel, and commercial KPI tracking.
• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel for field work.
