About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to work in two shopping centre locations – Distrito Zaragoza and Plaza Merliot. The role focuses on delivering personalized advice, excellent customer service, and guiding shoppers toward the best product choices to close sales.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance to customers, ensuring a friendly and professional attitude.
• Deliver clear, timely information about product features and benefits.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable options.
• Maintain a high level of service throughout the shopping centre’s operating hours.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

Required profile

• Completed high school education.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or store environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and reliability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible mall hours and meet sales objectives.
