Virtual Assistant for Short‑Term Rental Management

About the role

CS Outsource seeks an experienced Virtual Assistant to manage short‑term rental properties for US‑based clients. The role involves handling daily operations, guest communication, and coordination of cleaning and maintenance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of STR properties on Airbnb, Vrbo and other platforms.
• Handle guest communication, booking inquiries, check‑in/check‑out instructions and resolve issues.
• Maintain reservations, calendars and listing updates across multiple booking platforms.
• Use Guesty, Hostaway or similar PMS to streamline operations.
• Monitor pricing, occupancy and performance to support revenue growth.
• Coordinate cleaning crews, maintenance vendors and property inspections.
• Maintain accurate property records and operational documentation.
• Communicate performance and maintenance updates to property owners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in short‑term rental or vacation rental operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Airbnb and Vrbo.
• Practical use of Guesty, Hostaway or similar property management systems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
