About the role

We are looking for a remote Virtual Assistant to support a property management company that handles short‑term rentals such as Airbnbs. The assistant will help set up new listings and keep daily operations running smoothly while providing excellent guest service.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate the setup of new Airbnb properties, including listing creation and onboarding.
Manage day‑to‑day operations of existing short‑term rentals.
Provide timely support to guests and resolve issues as they arise.
Handle customer‑service inquiries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Required profile

Experience with Notion, AI automation tools and Google Workspace.
Preferably background in property management or hospitality.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, independent work style.
Organised, detail‑oriented and customer‑focused.

What we offer

Full‑time remote position, Thursday to Monday, 9 AM‑5 PM EST.
Salary paid in USD or the candidate’s local currency.
