Virtual Assistant to CEO – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

This full‑time remote position supports the CEO from anywhere in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, or Nicaragua.

Key responsibilities

• Own the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve workflows, conduct data analysis, produce reports, develop SOPs, maintain documentation, and coordinate projects and internal teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in any field (EA background not required).
• Experience working closely with senior leaders and a proactive attitude.
• C1 level English, written and spoken.
• At least one role with a minimum two‑year tenure.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and enthusiastic about AI tools.
