Virtual Assistant to CEO – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Viva is seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to support its CEO. The position is fully remote and open to candidates located in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, or Nicaragua. You will help streamline executive operations and contribute to a mission‑driven organization focused on women’s economic empowerment across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve internal workflows, produce data analyses and reports, maintain SOPs, documentation, and coordinate projects.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional experience in any field (EA background not required).
• Experience working closely with senior leaders and delivering rigorous support.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• Demonstrated tenure of 2 + years in a previous role.
