Warranty Claims Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive Warranty Claims Specialist to manage warranty claims from intake to resolution for a US‑based client. You will ensure accurate documentation, coordinate with vendors, and support internal teams to keep warranty workflows running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end claims process, reviewing documentation, verifying information and processing approved outcomes.
• Monitor open claims, track deadlines, follow up on outstanding items and flag potential delays.
• Coordinate repairs, replacements and other resolutions with vendors and fabrication partners.
• Partner with Customer Experience, Merchandising, Fabrication and Operations to share updates and determine effective solutions.
• Maintain organized case records in company systems and provide timely updates to the CX team.
• Identify recurring issues, track performance metrics and suggest workflow improvements.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in warranty claims, claims processing, operations support, customer service or logistics coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and a natural problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Experience using Shopify or other order management systems.
• Familiarity with databases, case‑management or claims‑tracking platforms.
