Assistant Accounts Receivable

About the role

The Accounts Receivable team in El Salvador is seeking an analytical and self‑disciplined Assistant to support agencies and branches. This entry‑level to mid‑level position involves direct interaction with customers and internal teams to ensure timely collection of past‑due balances.

Key responsibilities

• Make collection calls and collect past‑due balances.
• Assist daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department and provide ad‑hoc data analysis.
• Generate AR aging reports, identify critical issues and resolve remittance discrepancies.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external clients and coordinate with the International RIA Sales Team.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a contact‑center environment handling high‑volume inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and analytical abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and basic mathematical and computer skills.
