About the role

We are looking for a passionate RevOps & AI Consultant to guide our clients in optimizing their revenue engine across Marketing, Sales, and Service. The role combines strategic advisory, technical implementation, and AI‑driven innovation to deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client needs, diagnose operational frictions and recommend best‑practice RevOps solutions.
• Lead client meetings, present progress, and act as a trusted strategic partner.
• Design, configure and optimize complex CRM workflows, pipelines, properties and dashboards in HubSpot or the preferred CRM platform.
• Integrate CRM systems with other tools using native connectors, APIs, webhooks, and custom development (e.g., Make/Zapier).
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, copilots) to accelerate technical problem‑solving, data analysis and process optimization.
• Define and track key metrics that demonstrate RevOps impact on client ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in RevOps, CRM consulting or business‑focused technology roles.
• Strong consultative mindset with excellent communication, active listening and leadership skills.
• Proven expertise in administering and architecting HubSpot or other major CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Hands‑on experience with native integrations and API consumption/connection.
• Regular use of AI tools for both technical and strategic tasks.
• Result‑oriented, analytical and able to work autonomously.
