Embedded Software Engineer – ELS

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Embedded Software Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. You will design, develop, and test embedded software solutions for a wide range of products and applications in the RV industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop embedded software for various microcontroller‑based platforms.
• Design, implement, and optimise firmware with a focus on efficiency, performance and reliability.
• Create and run unit tests, debug issues, and resolve problems in development and production environments.
• Maintain and improve existing embedded systems and software.
• Participate in software architecture and design discussions and document designs and processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices and relevant regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field with 0‑3 years of experience.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail and capacity to work under pressure.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn new technologies and able to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Good communication skills in English.

Required skills

• C programming language (embedded C).
• Python.
• Microcontrollers, microprocessors and peripheral interfacing (sensors, actuators, communication interfaces).
• Real‑time system development.
• Communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet.
• Version control with Git.
• Familiarity with RV‑C standards.
• Debugging and performance profiling tools.
