Mobile Solutions Specialist

About the role

The Mobile Solutions Specialist works within TELUS Digital’s customer experience team to deliver high‑quality, accurate resolutions to client inquiries across phone, chat and email channels. The role focuses on first‑call resolution, adhering to company policies, and maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, chats and emails, identifying the root cause of each case.
• Provide solutions using a sales‑oriented approach while meeting individual and team performance targets.
• Document each interaction accurately in the account system following established procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of account information and prohibit unauthorized data storage.
• Communicate issues, trends and solutions with supervisors and other teams.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the immediate superior.

Required profile

• Third‑year university student or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in similar customer‑service or call‑center positions is desirable.
• Completion of the mandatory Learning Multiverse Fundamentals course.
• Proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure and strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• English proficiency at B1/B2 level (oral and written).
• Advanced knowledge of call‑center operations and multitasking.
