Recruitment Analyst – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Viva Talent is looking for a Recruitment Analyst to own and continuously improve the candidate experience across Latin America. You will work remotely, partnering with hiring teams to ensure every interaction—from first outreach to pre‑onboarding—is clear, engaging, and human‑focused.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end candidate journey, ensuring transparent communication at every touchpoint.
• Design and refine recruiting communications such as emails, surveys, interview instructions, and candidate resources.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to keep recruitment pipelines moving quickly while maintaining high quality.
• Analyze recruiting data to spot bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall hiring process.
• Leverage AI recruiting platforms and automation tools to reduce manual effort and improve consistency at scale.
• Introduce fresh, modern ideas that make Viva’s hiring experience memorable.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated passion for applying AI to redesign recruitment workflows.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with strong autonomy.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Stable professional background, including at least one role held for 2 + years.
