Recruitment Analyst (Talent Partner)

About the role

Viva Talent is looking for a Recruitment Analyst (Talent Partner) to own and continuously improve the candidate experience across Latin America. You will combine empathy, speed, process thinking, and AI tools to create a memorable hiring journey from first contact through pre‑onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end candidate experience, ensuring clear, engaging, and human touchpoints.
• Design and refine recruiting communications such as emails, surveys, templates, and interview instructions.
• Partner with hiring teams to keep recruitment pipelines moving quickly while maintaining quality.
• Analyze recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
• Leverage AI recruiting platforms and automation to reduce manual work and improve consistency.
• Introduce fresh ideas that make each interaction modern, thoughtful, and memorable.
• Adapt rapidly in a high‑volume recruiting environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations, or related fields.
• Passion for AI in recruitment and a track record of redesigning workflows.
• Comfortable working remotely or in hybrid settings.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Stable professional experience, including at least one role held for 2 + years.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work autonomously.
