About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Salvador. This entry‑level position is ideal for individuals who want to start a career in customer support, delivering excellent service and solutions to our valued clients.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on cases.
- Resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
Required profile
- At least 6 months of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English and Spanish preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and passion for helping others.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic office environment.
Required skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
