Técnico de Implementación – Proyecto de Participación Ciudadana

About the role

The Implementation Technician will support the “Strengthening Citizen Participation in El Salvador through the Citizenship, Voice and Action (CVA) model” project. Working on the ground, you will help translate project objectives into concrete activities that empower local communities and foster dialogue.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute operational activities of the CVA project in line with its objectives.
• Promote active citizen participation, local advocacy and community dialogue.
• Coordinate with local partners, authorities and beneficiaries to ensure coherent implementation.
• Monitor progress, collect data and report on outcomes to project management.
• Adapt actions to the specific needs and contexts of the communities served.

Required profile

• Local applicant residing in El Salvador.
• Strong commitment to the organization’s mission of supporting vulnerable children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for community engagement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
