Virtual Assistant to CEO – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support our CEO in a fully remote, high‑impact environment. You will help streamline executive operations while contributing to process improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses and event planning.
• Design and optimise workflows, produce data analyses, reports and SOPs.
• Maintain documentation, coordinate internal projects and facilitate cross‑team communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in any field, with at least one role held for 2 years.
• Experience working closely with senior leaders and a rigorous, proactive attitude.
• C1 level English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using Slack and Notion.
• Comfort with AI‑enhanced tools and a willingness to adopt new technologies.
