Analista de Activos fijos

About the role

We are looking for a Fixed Assets Analyst to join our team in San Salvador. The role focuses on the efficient management, tracking and valuation of our computer equipment and other high‑movement assets.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and safeguard fixed assets, applying inventory tags and replacing damaged ones.
• Assign assets to staff, update the asset database, and conduct regular physical inventories.
• Inspect damaged furniture, coordinate replacement, and participate in disposal of unusable items.
• Prepare periodic inventory control reports and manage transfer or disposal of excess, obsolete or damaged items in compliance with company and environmental policies.
• Create purchase requisitions for new equipment, oversee warranty management and arrange transportation of assets between sites.
• Handle asset recovery when personnel leave, support excess inventory handling and maintain organized storage.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a Fixed Assets Analyst in a high‑volume environment.
• Final‑year student, graduate or holder of a degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Logistics Engineering.
• Intermediate English (B2) and willingness to work onsite at the Proceres, Santa Elena and Salvador del Mundo locations.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with inventory control software such as SAP or similar systems.
