Virtual Assistant to CEO – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support our CEO in a fast‑moving, remote environment serving Latin America. The role combines executive administration with operational projects, allowing you to leverage your experience in managing complexity and priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve internal workflows, conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Coordinate projects and facilitate internal communication across teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in any field, with experience working closely with senior leaders.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• At least one role held for 2 + years.
• Proactive attitude and comfort with remote collaboration tools.
