Account Manager and Sales Support

About the role

The Account Manager and Sales Support professional ensures that leads, opportunities, quotes, orders and customer information are processed accurately and on time. This position acts as a central hub between customers, vendors, internal teams and partners, maintaining data integrity across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming leads in Data7, assign owners and send initial communications.
• Enter new orders, create CRR records and notify the commission team.
• Gather customer requirements, request pricing and prepare quotes.
• Maintain opportunities and order information in Data7 and other required platforms.
• Coordinate information flow between customers, vendors and Verizon.
• Onboard new agents into commission systems and verify required documentation.
• Support CRM administration, reporting and system maintenance.
• Perform data‑integrity reviews and correct inconsistent records.
• Create and update process documentation, manuals and training materials.
• Provide reporting support to upper management and escalate issues when needed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support or CRM administration.
• Proven ability to manage leads, opportunities, quotes, orders and customer records.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote LATAM environment.
