Bilingual Intake Sales Specialist

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, handling inbound leads in both English and Spanish. This consultative sales position focuses on gathering accident and case information, explaining the firm’s services, and converting qualified leads into signed clients.

Key responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls and leads, creating a professional and reassuring first impression.
• Ask structured questions to collect accurate accident, injury, treatment, and case details.
• Evaluate prospects against intake criteria and identify qualified case opportunities.
• Explain the firm’s intake process and next steps without providing legal advice.
• Convert qualified leads into signed clients and complete all required intake documentation.
• Follow up promptly with prospects who need additional time or information.
• Maintain organized intake records and coordinate handoff to the legal team.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Proven success in inbound or consultative sales, call‑center sales, or similar high‑volume phone‑based conversion roles.
• Strong persuasion, rapport‑building, questioning, and active‑listening abilities.
• Stable employment history demonstrating reliability and measurable results.
• Availability Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm PT, with a reliable home‑office setup.
