Account Manager – LATAM Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our LATAM clients and internal teams. The role focuses on delivering integrated digital marketing solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving account growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee integrated account strategies across media, creative, data, and web development.
• Translate client objectives into actionable paid‑media, SEO, social, and content campaigns.
• Maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with existing clients to maximize satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in collaboration with Business Development.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign launch, including kickoff calls, strategy recommendations, asset collection, optimization, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure strategic alignment and flawless execution.
• Track client budgets, billing accuracy, and profitability; work with finance for invoicing.
• Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, presenting results and strategic roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
