About the role

This position is for a Night Service Agent in the telecommunications sector, working on‑site during night hours. The role supports customers and internal systems, ensuring continuous operation of network and voice services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for LAN/WLAN, storage, and voice platform applications during night shifts.
• Monitor and troubleshoot virtualization environments and related operating systems.
• Assist with network and communications issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain documentation and follow established procedures for incident resolution.

Required profile

• Technical degree or university student in Electronics, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Immediate availability to work night hours on site.
• Possession of CCNA certification modules.
• Proficiency with office automation tools.
