Agente de Ventas Call Centre en Español – Trabajo Remoto

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking Call Centre Sales Agent to work remotely from El Salvador. The successful candidate will receive full guidance from an area supervisor and will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, processing orders and supporting customers in Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Collect customer information using a questionnaire and present products tailored to individual benefits.
• Handle objections, offer product training, and complete orders within the defined timeframe (one niche every four days).
• Enter order details, delivery addresses and submit order sheets for moderation when software issues arise.
• Analyse customer feedback, determine appropriate actions and forward information to the responsible team member.
• Review and evaluate call dialogues to ensure quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Advanced spoken Spanish with clear articulation.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or call‑center environments.
• Ability to work from a quiet, distraction‑free space.
• Basic PC literacy and comfort with remote support tools.
• Optional: proficiency in German, Italian or English (minimum B2).

Required skills

• Windows or iOS operating system proficiency.
• TeamViewer remote‑support capability.
• Stable LAN internet connection (minimum 60 Mbps) or 5G.
• Headset with microphone and noise‑cancellation.
