About the role
We are building a remote customer support team for U.S.-based companies. The specialist will engage with customers who left negative Trustpilot reviews, understand their issues, and work with the client’s team to resolve them.
Key responsibilities
- Contact customers who posted negative reviews, gather details, and coordinate a solution with the client’s team.
- Follow up until the customer is satisfied and encourage them to update their review.
Required profile
- Experience managing Trustpilot reviews or online reputation.
- Advanced written and spoken English and Spanish.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Trustpilot platform.
- Familiarity with online reputation management tools.
What we offer
- Salary: $1,200 per month.
- 100% remote work, Monday to Friday, 9 working hours plus 1‑hour lunch.
- Weekends off and a fast hiring process.
