Analista de Facturación

About the role

The Billing Analyst will ensure accurate issuance of electronic tax documents for both own sales and third‑party transactions. Working closely with operational areas, the analyst will also provide timely support for billing issues and respond to client and merchant inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and transmit electronic tax documents (DTE) required by the company’s operational units.
• Process cancellations and corrections of electronic tax documents.
• Address client and merchant queries and complaints related to inconsistencies in electronic invoices.
• Assist in the implementation of new billing system developments.
• Perform periodic reconciliations of transmitted, accepted, and rejected fiscal documents.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with electronic invoicing and billing reconciliation processes.
• Solid understanding of tax and fiscal regulations applicable to electronic document processing.
