Analista III – Gerencia de Diseño e Infraestructura

About the role

The Analyst III will support the Design and Infrastructure Management area of a leading bank in El Salvador. The role is responsible for controlling operational budgets, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance of both movable and immovable assets, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the operational budget of the Design and Infrastructure units and the centralized budget for fixed‑asset maintenance, analyzing variances and driving efficiency.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding for real‑estate leasing, performing periodic internal control checks to meet anti‑money‑laundering regulations.
• Oversee outsourced cleaning services and building automation (BMS) contracts, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Plan, budget, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance for banking equipment (vault doors, safes, cash counters) and physical infrastructure (pest control, water purification, green areas).
• Liaise with public and private institutions to support the execution of bank projects.
• Generate budgetary reports and efficiency indicators for finance leadership and the Fixed‑Asset Directorate.
• Ensure adherence to SOX, SWIFT, IFRS 16, and physical access control policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in budget management, asset maintenance coordination, and vendor management within a large organization.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to produce management indicators.
