AR/AP Global Agent Specialist – Finance Operations

About the role

As an AR/AP Global Agent Specialist, your role will involve posting various financial transactions to the general ledger and reconciling accounts. You will also prepare reports for management and support special projects as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Post financial transactions to the general ledger.
• Reconcile bank reports.
• Obtain documentation to support transaction postings.
• Assist with automation of closing and reconciliation processes.
• Cross‑train on other accounting duties and provide backup support.
• Support special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 1+ years of accounting experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Understanding of general ledger usage.
• Knowledge of banking processes (a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (90% or higher).
• Ability to interact with employees at all levels.
