About the role

We are looking for a Software Architect to design and deliver innovative technology solutions for our clients in El Salvador. The role works closely with the Account Manager and sales teams to turn business opportunities into technical proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager in generating new business opportunities.
• Design, prototype and implement architecture solutions that meet client needs.
• Conduct technical presentations and proof‑of‑concepts for customers.
• Train internal staff on the technology solutions we commercialize.
• Research emerging technologies and market trends.
• Prepare technical proposals and recommendations for sales and marketing.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and perform any other assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Architect, pre‑sales or similar role.
• Proven ability to interact with sales teams and end‑customers.
• Experience as a programmer analyst and in internal/external customer service.
• Key competencies: customer focus, planning, proactivity, integrity, communication, teamwork, strategic vision, storytelling.
